Our extraction service
We use high-powered extraction equipment to remove water from wall-to-wall carpet and pad, hard floors, and finished or unfinished basements. Removing as much water as possible up front dramatically shortens drying time and reduces the chance that drywall, subfloors or cabinets have to be replaced.
After extraction we set up air movers and dehumidifiers and continue with full water damage restoration and drying, monitored until everything is dry.
Carpet after a flood
Carpet soaked by clean water can often be saved if extraction and drying start quickly — the pad underneath usually needs replacement. Carpet affected by sewage or outside flood water should be removed for health reasons. We'll tell you honestly which is which.

Frequently asked questions
Do you answer on weekends?
Yes — we're available 7 days a week. Call (215) 760-8229 and we'll get to you as fast as we can, often the same day.
Can you pump out a flooded basement?
Yes. We extract standing water from basements and set up drying equipment afterwards.
Will insurance pay for water extraction?
Sudden and accidental water damage is often covered by homeowners policies. We bill insurance directly; your insurer decides coverage.
Should I use a shop vac first?
If it's safe, removing some water helps — but a shop vac can't pull water out of carpet pad or walls. Professional extraction and drying are still needed.
