Our story
PROfection started in 2008 with one truck, a lot of elbow grease and a simple promise: the price we say is the price you pay. Too many Philadelphia homeowners were getting lured in by $9.99-a-room coupons, then pressured into upsells once the cleaner was in the living room. We wanted to be the company people could actually trust.
That promise is how we grew. One satisfied customer told a neighbor, the neighbor told a landlord, and the landlord started calling us for every move-out. Many of the families we cleaned for in our first years are still booking with us today — some for more than a decade.
Growing with our customers
As our customers' homes and needs changed, we changed with them. They started asking: “Can you do our dryer vent while you're here?” “Do you clean air ducts?” And the call nobody wants to make — “Our basement just flooded. Can you help?”
Instead of sending them to someone else, we invested in becoming the company that could say yes. Our technicians earned their IICRC certifications — the industry's standard for cleaning and water damage restoration. We added professional-grade extraction equipment, commercial air movers, dehumidifiers and moisture meters, so we can handle everything from a red-wine spill to a burst pipe. And we set up direct billing with insurance companies, so a family dealing with water damage has one less thing to worry about.
What hasn't changed
We're bigger and better equipped than the day we started, but we still run PROfection the same way: owner-operated, honest quotes, eco-friendly products, deodorizer and sanitizer included at no extra cost — and we'll exhaust every trick of the trade on a tough stain before we leave your home. (We're honest about it, too: if a stain is permanent, we'll tell you up front.)
